Tamsin R. Kaplan Contributes Section to ILN Paper on Sexual Harassment in the Workplace

On June 6, 2019, Davis Malm shareholder Tamsin R. Kaplan authored a chapter in the International Lawyers Network (ILN) Labor & Employment Group’s updated collaborative paper, Sexual Harassment in the Workplace. The chapter, “What US: Massachusetts Companies Need to Know,” provides an overview of current workplace sexual harassment law, legislative response to the recent increase in sexual harassment complaints, and guidance for employers to enforce compliance in the workplace. The paper included contributions from 22 law firms in 21 jurisdictions.

Ms. Kaplan is an employment lawyer and business litigator at Davis Malm. She has extensive experience representing businesses, executives and other high-level professionals on a full range of employment-related issues, including recruitment, hiring, discipline, termination, discrimination, harassment, employment agreements, breach of contract, non-competes, and reductions in force. Ms. Kaplan litigates business and employment cases in federal and state courts and agencies.
