Davis Malm is pleased to announce that five of its attorneys in the Labor & Employment and Real Estate practice areas were recognized in the 2019 Chambers USA guide of recommended law firms and lawyers. The firm’s Labor & Employment Group was also ranked for the ninth consecutive year (Band 4), demonstrating the department’s quality reputation in representing employers and employees in all facets of employment-related matters.

Chambers notes some of the group’s strengths observed during the interview process: "I was serviced brilliantly," recalls one client. "They were way more caring and had more empathy for my situation than other firms. They're brilliant lawyers who care and put that caring into play." "They're responsive," says another client. "Whether it's the weekend or weekday, I always hear back from them." A third client attests that "Davis, Malm & D'Agostine has a strong team, who are experts in the area and have the capability to handle a complex case."

Attorney recognitions include:

Paul L. Feldman, Real Estate (Band 3). Mr. Feldman was recognized for his work in commercial development and deal marking in the Boston real estate market. One client notes: "He knows his trade extremely well, his work product is flawless, he communicates well and is responsive."

Amy L. Fracassini, Real Estate (Band 3). Ms. Fracassini was recognized for her representation of corporate clients across a full range of real estate matters, including acquisition, development, leasing, and permitting issues. One source describes her as being "efficient, competent and practical."

Lawrence J. Casey, Labor & Employment: Mainly Plaintiffs Representation (Band 2). Clients commended Mr. Casey on his ability to “drill complex legal matters down into lay terms” and as “a brilliant negotiator."

Gary M. Feldman, Labor & Employment (Band 3). Mr. Feldman was described as “a good combination of aggressive and respectful,” in his work on a broad range of employment issues.

Tamsin R. Kaplan was also identified as a Recognized Practitioner in the Labor & Employment area.
