Davis Malm announces that Courtney A. Simmons has joined the firm’s Litigation practice. Ms. Simmons assists clients in commercial litigation and real estate disputes.
Prior to joining Davis Malm, Ms. Simmons served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Mark V. Green, Chief Justice of the Massachusetts Appeals Court, and the Honorable Robert B. Foster and the Honorable Howard P. Speicher, both of the Massachusetts Land Court. Ms. Simmons received a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.S. from the University of Delaware.
