On April 24, 2018, Davis Malm shareholder Paul L. Feldman presented at the Cooperative Credit Union Association’s (CCUA) Day of Discovery, on, “Branches in the Digital Age: How to Reset Your Branch Network.” Mr. Feldman discussed commercial real estate ownership and leasing considerations as they relate to credit unions, including benefits and disadvantages of sale-leaseback transactions. He also shared his experience in representing landlords’ lenders, and in reviewing and negotiating landlord and tenant leases.
Mr. Feldman practices in the Business Law, Litigation, and Real Estate and Environmental areas at Davis Malm. His real estate practice involves all aspects of real estate work, including acquisition, leasing, permitting, and financing work. He also represents several active and substantial real estate developers, and handles transactions in many parts of the country.
The CCUA is a credit union trade group with a heritage distinguishing it as the oldest continually operating trade group in the United States.
