Amy L. Fracassini Elected Davis Malm President

Davis Malm is proud to announce the election of the firm’s first female president, Amy L. Fracassini, effective January 24, 2018. Ms. Fracassini succeeds Paul L. Feldman, who served as president for 14 years over two terms. Mr. Feldman will return to full-time legal work as a shareholder, practicing in the Business Law, Litigation, Real Estate, and Environmental areas.

Ms. Fracassini joined Davis Malm in 1998 as an associate, was elected as a shareholder in 2006, and has served on the firm’s Executive Committee since 2015. In addition to her new role as president, she will continue to practice in the Business Law, Real Estate and Environmental areas, representing corporate clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and sales of businesses, debt and equity financings, private placements, and real estate matters, including commercial leasing and purchase and sale agreements, and general business matters.
