Davis Malm is pleased to announce that Daniel T. Janis has been elevated to shareholder, effective January 1, 2018. Mr. Janis practices in the Business Law area. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions and the representation of public and private companies in a range of general and transactional matters, including corporate finance, private equity placements, venture capital financings, syndicated commercial credit facilities, joint ventures and day-to-day business counseling in a variety of industries.

Mr. Janis was named a Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Stars from 2010-2013 and a Massachusetts Super Lawyer from 2014-2017. He serves on the Executive Leadership Committee for the American Heart Association/Lawyers Have Heart 5K.
