Davis Malm recently announced that 23 of its attorneys were named to the list of 2017 Massachusetts Super Lawyers and Rising Stars. Additionally, Davis Malm shareholder Thomas S. Fitzpatrick was selected for inclusion in the Top 100 Super Lawyers list for Massachusetts-based attorneys.

Mr. Fitzpatrick has been ranked by Super Lawyers over the course of several years, including, 2005-2006, and 2011-2017. He practices in the Business Law and Litigation areas and served as Davis Malm’s President from 2009 to 2014. A trial lawyer focusing primarily on business, corporate, and commercial litigation, he has considerable experience in all manner of business disputes, including litigation and arbitration in corporate, real estate, construction, and shareholder cases.
