On December 9, 2016, Davis Malm shareholder Tamsin R. Kaplan presented at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) 19th Annual Employment Law Conference. Ms. Kaplan’s breakout session was titled, “Developments in Trial Practice and New Procedural Rules.” Attendees were provided with a high-speed summary of pertinent developments and commentary, delivered in Ms. Kaplan’s usual upbeat and entertaining style.

Ms. Kaplan is an employment lawyer and business litigator at Davis Malm. She has extensive experience representing businesses, executives and other high-level professionals on a full range of employment-related issues, including recruitment, hiring, discrimination, negotiation of employment agreements, breach of contract, non-competes, discipline, termination, and reductions in force. Ms. Kaplan regularly litigates business and employment cases and advises employers regarding employee handbooks, employment audits, and workplace policies and practices. She frequently conducts workplace investigations and trainings on diversity, harassment, and other topics. She also provides alternative dispute resolution services to parties involved in business and employment disputes and other civil litigation matters. Ms. Kaplan works with clients in a wide variety of industries, including education, health care, manufacturing, technology, and service industries.
