Davis Malm Adds Robert M. Kaitz to its Employment and Litigation Practices

Davis, Malm & D’Agostine, P.C. announces that Robert M. Kaitz has joined the firm as an associate. Mr. Kaitz practices in the Employment and Litigation areas. As a trial lawyer, Mr. Kaitz focuses primarily on employment, professional liability, and business litigation matters, as well as employment counseling. Prior to joining Davis Malm, he was an associate at Boyle, Shaughnessy & Campo, P.C.  Mr. Kaitz also served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Judith Fabricant and the Honorable Peter Lauriat, both in the Suffolk County Superior Court’s Business Litigation Session. Mr. Kaitz received a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, and a B.A. (with distinction) from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.
