On October 22, Davis Malm shareholder Amy L. Fracassini moderated the panel, “Debt Outlook and Impact on Investment” at Bisnow’s Boston Capital Markets: Why Boston Remains So Attractive & The Foreign Capital Influx. The program, which also included a panel focusing on equity and the influx in foreign capital, examined a myraid of topics surrounding the financials of Boston's commerical real estate (CRE) market, including:

• Who is financing Boston’s mega projects?
• What are the top CRE transactions involving marquee properties?
• Why is Boston a hot CRE market?
• Why have we seen the amount of foreign capital puring into the City, and should we expect it to slow any time soon?
• When will we reach the tip of the bell curve, and when that moment comes, what will be the reason?

Ms. Fracassini practices in the Business Law and the Real Estate and Environmental areas.
