On October 8, Davis Malm shareholder Gary M. Feldman presented to the Human Resource Network of the Cooperative Credit Union Association, Inc. (CCUA). Mr. Feldman discussed current employment law issues, including medical marijuana in the workplace, the enactment of new employee leave laws, recent social media court cases, and employee misclassification of consultants and exempt employees under the National Labor Relations Act.

Mr. Feldman practices in the Business Law, Employment, and Litigation areas. He advises employers and business executives on all aspects of employment-related issues, policies and compliance, from recruitment and hiring to termination and workforce restructuring. Mr. Feldman regularly litigates employment issues before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and in federal and state courts.
