Paul L. Feldman Moderates Panel at 4th Annual Boston State of The Seaport Event

On May 7, Davis Malm shareholder Paul L. Feldman moderated a panel at the 4th Annual Boston State of the Seaport event hosted by Bisnow. The program centered on the state of the Seaport real estate market and its future growth in the coming years. The panelists covered a variety of topics, including an overview of the Seaport District, transportation, center expansion, and the upcoming projects in the market pipeline.

The panelists included Vivien Li, President of The Boston Harbor Association, a non-profit organization that works with Boston’s waterfront residents’ to enhance the economic, recreational and scenic value of the city’s waterfront; John Drew, President of The Drew Company, a privately held real estate development, management, and consulting firm; and Richard Dimino, President and CEO of A Better City, an independent, membership-based organization that improves the economic competitiveness and quality of life of the Boston region by advancing transportation, land development and environmental policies, projects and initiatives.

Mr. Feldman is a shareholder in the Business Law, Litigation, and Real Estate and Environmental areas, and President of the firm.
