Davis Malm attorney Samuel B. Moskowitz, in his capacity as the Boston Bar Association's appointee to the Land Court Committee on Registered Land Guidelines, recently addressed the Boston Bar Association's Title & Conveyancing Committee on the status of the Land Court Committee's work. His comprehensive report covered the Committee's progress on the revision of various existing registered land guidelines, including revisions to current condominium guidelines, and the adoption of new guidelines to cover areas not previously addressed.

Mr. Moskowitz was appointed to serve as the Boston Bar Association's representative to the Land Court Committee on Registered Land Guidelines. The committee issues Guidelines to assist registry personnel and members of the bar in determining the suitability of documents presented for filing and affecting registered land.
