Samuel B. Moskowitz has been elected a Council member of the Boston Bar Association. The Council is the BBA's governing body - setting association policy, making financial decisions, and providing crucial oversight on behalf of the members. Mr. Moskowitz is one of seven new members who will serve on the Boston Bar Association Council for a three-year term.

Mr. Moskowitz practices in the Land Use and Real Estate Group, the Litigation Group and the Business Group at Davis Malm. He has extensive experience in a broad range of real estate matters, including condominium law, the resolution of title issues, real estate leasing, development and conveyancing, and mortgage lending. Mr. Moskowitz's expertise also encompasses real estate and business litigation, as well as the representation of closely held businesses.
