On October 22, Davis Malm shareholder Samuel B. (Sandy) Moskowitz served on a panel of condominium lawyers at the New England Community Associations Institute’s (CAI) Annual Conference and Expo, held this year at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Sandy and his co-panelists fielded legal questions posed by condominium board members, unit owners, and managers. This annual one-day conference brings together community associations and industry leaders to provide guidance, advise, and facilitate solutions to everyday association operations and issues.

Mr. Moskowitz is a Real Estate and Litigation attorney with almost 30 years of experience. He has extensive experience in a broad range of real estate matters, including title issues, leasing, development, conveyancing, and mortgage lending. Over his legal career, Mr. Moskowitz has developed an acknowledged expertise in all facets of condominium law, including both residential and commercial condominium development, operation, and financing. Sandy’s practice also includes real estate and business litigation, and the representation of closely held businesses.
