On November 16, Davis Malm shareholder Amy L. Fracassini served on a panel at the Empowering Women in Business Conference at Nichols College in Dudley, MA. Ms. Fracassini and other successful professionals discussed the topic “Career Paths: Four Roads to Success”. The one-day conference provided strategies that will empower women to prosper through business and entrepreneurship. Attendees had the opportunity to attend sessions that offered hands-on, relevant advice from successful business women.

Ms. Fracassini is a business and real estate attorney who represents corporate clients in connection with sales and acquisitions of businesses, debt and equity financings, private placements, real estate matters, including commercial leasing and purchase and sale agreements, and general business matters.
