Fitzpatrick participated in a seminar on "Fiduciary Duties of Directors, Officers and Owners of Closely-Held Businesses" for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc.. Mr. Griffin chaired the panel and Mr. Fitzpatrick was a panelist on the seminar that covered such topics as fiduciary duties of directors, officers and owners of Massachusetts business organizations; how the new Massachusetts Business Corporation Act (G.L.
