Thomas S. Fitzpatrick Wins Appeal of Denial of Long Term Disability Insurance Benefits

On February 7, 2005, Thomas S. Fitzpatrick won an appeal of a denial of long term disability insurance benefits for a client of the firm. The disabled client had been denied benefits by the long-term disability insurer for her employer. Mr. Fitzpatrick successfully appealed the denial and as a result our client has been paid back benefits and currently receives monthly benefits from the insurer.
