Attorney Gary M. Feldman of Davis, Malm & D'Agostine, P.C. successfully defended a local wholesale broker of fruits and vegetables in an action brought against the company for allegedly misappropriating confidential trade secrets by hiring three former employees of a competitor. Judge Margaret Botsford of the Suffolk County Business Litigation Court denied the plaintiff's request for an injunction prohibiting our client from employing the plaintiff's former employees. The wholesale company and its new employees were thereby permitted to continue in their regular business duties.
