On December 2, 2005, Davis Malm attorney Gary M. Feldman participated in the Lorman Education Services seminar, "Executive Compensation," in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Feldman discussed components of executive compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits. They also highlighted compensation issues that arise from employee terminations.
