Davis Malm attorneys Gary M. Feldman and David M. Cogliano successfully defeated an emergency motion for preliminary injunction and a temporary restraining order against their client, a former representative of the Prudential Insurance Company of America, Inc. and Pruco Securities. The matter, which appeared before the Honorable Judge Ralph Gants in the Business Litigation Session of Suffolk Superior Court, sought to prevent our client from soliciting any of his former clients with his new employer. The Prudential Insurance Company's requests were summarily denied.
