Joining Ms. Alexander-Krom, Mr. Cogliano and Mr. Feldman was Mr. Michael Minichello, the Director of Employee Relations and Recruiting at Not Your Average Joe's, who offered his perspective on the employment issues confronting the restaurant industry.
