This is the third time the poll has been conducted in Massachusetts. The recipients are featured in the November issue of Boston Magazine. At the time of the selection, Davis Malm had a total of thirty-eight lawyers, twelve of whom were selected as "SuperLawyers." All of Davis Malm's "Super Lawyers" this year were also selected in 2005.
