(NASDAQ - CLHB) in the acquisition of Safety-Kleen Corporation's Chemical Services Division for $34 million in cash and the assumption of $265 million of environmental liabilities. This acquisition, which involved $260 million of new financing, makes Clean Harbors the largest provider of hazardous waste and emergency response services in North America with revenues of $750 million, 4,400 employees and 38,000 customers.
