On January 20, Davis Malm attorney Thomas S. Fitzpatrick participated in the 11th annual “New England Business Litigation 2012” conference hosted by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education. Mr. Fitzpatrick presented a program titled “Look Before You Leap: Critical Pre-Suit Considerations in Private Corporations Litigation,” which focused on various issues relevant to litigation involving privately held corporations. This one-day annual conference provided the latest updates on new business litigation developments, trends, and important case law delivered by a faculty consisting of U.S. District Court and Massachusetts Superior Court Judges and preeminent practitioners.

Mr. Fitzpatrick is a trial lawyer, concentrating his practice in business litigation. He has extensive experience in all forms of business disputes, including litigation and arbitration in corporate, real estate, construction, and shareholder cases.
