Property Contamination

Davis Malm's environmental law attorneys are among the most qualified and experienced in the state as to issues raised by environmental contamination. We are well versed in all areas of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA); the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA); the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA); as well as the many other federal and state environmental statutes and regulations. We keep abreast of new policy and regulatory developments, and counsel our clients on such changes on an ongoing basis. We provide our clients not only compliance counseling on contamination issues, but also representation in enforcement claims and complex and sophisticated contamination and other liability litigation.
