• Counseled property owners of contaminated sites in Middleboro, Worcester, Natick, and other Massachusetts communities regarding remedial strategy and compliance.
• Represented a developer regarding compliance with a groundwater discharge permit issued for the construction and operation of a sewer treatment plant in Acton, Massachusetts.
• Represented a variety of businesses responding to civil penalty orders of the Environmental Protection Agency and the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, including orders for air emission violations, asbestos handling violations, Chapter 21E violations, and treatment plant odors.
• Represented a property owner in Framingham, Massachusetts, in connection with Wetland protection issues.
