Policies, Compliance, Audits, and Training

Davis Malm's employment attorneys work cooperatively with our clients' executives, managers, and supervisors in developing essential risk-reduction procedures. Together, we can and do prevent legal problems from occurring by implementing proper personnel policies keyed to a particular client's business. We do so by regularly auditing our clients' employment practices and by providing hands-on assistance during government compliance reviews. Most important, we provide training materials and programs for our clients on all critical employment areas such as sexual harassment, discipline, hiring procedures, and termination. We have invited clients in specific industries to join us for programs on employment law issues that we have specially designed for their industry. Finally, we publish widely on employment topics and keep clients informed with Davis Malm Client Alerts on new developments in employment law. We are committed to education and training in employment law compliance, because our experience bears out that this is the best way to prevent costly litigation and government intervention.
