Davis Malm proudly announces that it is celebrating its 40th anniversary. What started as a real estate boutique firm four decades ago has grown to a prominent and respected full-service business firm assisting diverse clients with their business, financing, litigation, real estate, environmental, employment, intellectual property, regulatory, and tax needs.
“In 1979, Hal Davis, our recently departed Julian D’Agostine, and I established a law firm built on the principles of entrepreneurial spirit, teamwork and collegiality,” said C. Michael Malm. “The firm stands by those principles today, and I believe that has made all the difference in attracting and retaining exceptional talent, maintaining a great work environment, providing first-class legal services for our clients, and acknowledging the importance of serving our communities.”

The firm hosted an event on May 1 at City Winery Boston for firm members, clients and friends to celebrate this milestone anniversary. The event was held exactly 40 years and one month after announcing its formation in 1979.
