Davis Malm shareholder Joshua S. Grossman, who practices in the Business Law and Litigation areas, contributed a chapter for the 2016 supplement to the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s (MCLE) Chapter 93A Rights and Remedies Guide. This newly supplemented publication brings updated resources within immediate reach-for fast, accurate, and practical answers to many questions in this highly challenging area of practice.

Mr. Grossman updated the chapter "Products Liability Claims and Chapter 93A," which covers the products liability state of the law, including attorney general regulations regarding scope of rulemaking authority, as well as regulations concerning breaches of warranty and protection of public health, safety and welfare. The chapter also advises on preparations for sending and/or receiving a demand letter, as well as miscellaneous topics including permitted practices, spoilation and connection to underlying claims.

Mr. Grossman is a trial lawyer with signifcant experience representing businesses of all sizes in a variety of corporate disputes, including breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder and partnership issues, controversies arising under information privacy, data security and cybersecuirty laws, and misappropriation of trade secrets. He also represents businesses, developers, and individuals involved in real estate lititigation, including construction, land use, environmental issues, insurance coverage actions, and collection of condominum fees.
