On April 4, Davis Malm attorney Samuel B. Moskowitz testified before the Massachusetts Access to Justice Commission at a public hearing at the John Adams Courthouse. This was the last of four public hearings around the state that sought to identify and propose solutions to existing barriers to the public's access to justice. Issues that were discussed included housing, elder care, labor and employment, and domestic relations.

Mr. Moskowitz was uniquely qualified to offer his perspective on housing issues and recommend solutions to the commission based on his years of leadership to the Lawyer for the Day Program at the Boston Housing Court, of which he co-founded.
