Davis, Malm & D'Agostine, P.C. is pleased to announce that David M. Cogliano, Joshua S. Grossman, and Sophie C. Migliazzo have been named 2007 Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Stars. Mr. Cogliano was selected in the Employment and Labor category, Mr. Grossman in the Business Litigation category, and Ms. Migliazzo in the Business Category. Both Mr. Grossman and Mr. Cogliano have been chosen as Rising Stars for two consecutive years.

The three attorneys are featured in the May issues of Boston Magazine and Law & Politics Magazine, along with the other recipients. Rising Stars Super Lawyers are nominated by their peers and evaluated by a blue ribbon panel. Only 2.5% of the eligible attorneys in Massachusetts are selected. To qualify, an attorney must be age 40 or younger, or in practice for 10 years or less.
