Robert J. Galvin and Christopher J. Marino File Amicus Curiae Brief in Condominium Case

Robert J. Galvin, a member of Davis Malm’s Land Use and Real Estate Group, and Christopher J. Marino, a member of the firm’s Litigation Group, have filed an amicus curiae (friend of the court) brief in the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in a case of critical importance to condominium developers. The case, re: Northwood Properties, LLC, if not reversed by the First Circuit, would negatively impact the use of phased condominiums. Mr. Galvin and Mr. Marino filed the brief on behalf of The Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts and the Abstract Club, which are composed of real estate lawyers.
