The results will be published in a supplement to the November 2013 issue of Boston magazine and in New England Super Lawyers, published by Thomson Reuters. In addition, Laura A. D’Anca, Amy L. Fracassini, Tamsin R. Kaplan, Kendra Kinscherf, Marjorie Suisman, and Donna M. White will be spotlighted in The Top Women Attorneys in Massachusetts section of the April 2014 issue of Boston magazine.

Only 5% of eligible attorneys in Massachusetts are listed to Super Lawyers and 2.5% listed to Rising Stars. To qualify as a Rising Star, an attorney must be age 40 or younger, or in practice for 10 years or less. At the time of selection, Davis Malm had 36 lawyers.
