PRACTICE FOCUS AND EXPERIENCE


Emily Crowley practices in the Employment and Litigation areas. Emily is a trial attorney representing clients in business litigation actions in federal and state trial courts and before local agencies. Emily represents clients in matters involving employment, contracts, indemnification, product liability, and corporate disputes, including shareholder and partnership issues, breach of fiduciary duty, and misappropriation of trade secrets. Emily’s employment practice focuses on matters involving wrongful termination, employment discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wage claims, contract disputes and whistleblower actions under the Massachusetts Fair Employment Practices Act, the Massachusetts Wage Act, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and other state and federal statutes and common law.

Prior to joining Davis Malm, Emily practiced in the Boston office of Boyle Shaughnessy Law. She also completed internships at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Suffolk and Middlesex County District Attorney’s Offices, and a civil legal services agency.
