• FROM THE NORTH ON RTE. 93 (THE SOUTHEAST EXPRESSWAY)

• Go south on Route 93 which becomes the Central Artery as you enter the City of Boston. Pass over the Zakim Bunker Hill Bridge into the tunnel.
• Take exit 24A (Government Center).
• At the top of the exit, take a left onto Surface Street.
• Take the first right onto State Street.
• Follow State Street through one set of lights (Congress Street).
• State Street becomes Court Street (at Washington Street). You will pass a large brown building on the left (at the corner of Court Street and Washington Street) which is One Boston Place (The Mellon Financial Center).

• FROM THE SOUTH ON RTE. 93 (THE SOUTHEAST EXPRESSWAY)

• Go North on Route 93 into the City.
• Proceed through tunnel, stay in right lane.
• Take the Government Center exit, Exit 23.
• Exit in the left of two exit lanes.
• After exiting, stay straight onto North Street.
• Turn left onto Congress Street.
• Turn right onto State Street.
• State Street becomes Court Street at Washington Street.
• One Boston Place is on the corner of Court Street and Washington Street on the left hand side (Mellon Financial Center) where State, Court, and Washington Streets intersect.

• FROM THE WEST ON RTE. I-90 (THE MASS PIKE)

• From 90-E, take 93-N.
• From 93-N, take Exit 23 toward Government Center.
• Exit in the left of two exit lanes.
• After exiting, stay straight onto North Street.
• Turn left onto Congress Street.
• Turn right onto State Street.
• State Street becomes Court Street at Washington Street.
• One Boston Place is on the corner of Court Street and Washington Street on the left hand side (Mellon Financial Center) where State, Court, and Washington Streets intersect.

• FROM LOGAN AIRPORT

• Follow signs for Airport Exit and merge toward I-93 North/Storrow Drive (portions toll), passing into the tunnel.
• After exiting the tunnel, take the ramp toward RT-3 North/Storrow Drive.
• Turn right onto Hanover Street, then take a quick right onto Tony DeMarco Way/Fleet Street, right onto Atlantic Ave/Commercial Street.
• Take a right onto State Street.
• Follow State Street through the intersection of Congress Street.
• State Street becomes Court Street at Washington Street.
• One Boston Place is on the corner of Court Street and Washington Street on the left hand side (Mellon Financial Center).

• FROM LOGAN AIRPORT BY MBTA

• Take free Massport Shuttle Bus to Airport Station on the Blue Line.
• Take inbound Blue Line train to State Street Station.
• One Boston Place (The Mellon Financial Building, 201 Washington Street) is directly opposite State Street Station (The Old State House).

• PARKING GARAGE INFORMATION

• Follow Court Street to the end, passing One Boston Place on your left.
• Take a left onto Tremont Street.
• Take the first left onto School Street.
• Follow to the bottom of the street and take a left onto Washington Street.
• PI Alley Parking Garage will be one-half block on the left. One Boston Place is next door to the garage.
